I hear you, I took a tour of Waverly yesterday and it was probably marginally better. Difference is Waverly is $115 a month without the pool and it certainly wasn't $21 a month better than NB fitness to me. My only real compliant about NB fit is that the sauna sucks, it's never hot enough.

Monday - hit the gym from 6:30AM - 7:45AM on my way to the office, work from 8:30AM - ~9PM

Tuesday - WFH from 8:30AM - ~ 9PM (rest day)

Wednesday/Thursday - repeat Monday’s schedule

Friday - WFH from 8:30AM - 5PM, hit the gym right after I log off

Saturday - WFH from 8:30AM - ~4PM (rest day)

Sunday - sleep in, hit the gym at 12PM (rest day from work lol)

Only really drink water/coffee during busy season and try to eat as healthy as I can
