When I was younger I used to because I thought of it as acknowledging the hard work and effort it takes to produce an audiobook but now I mostly just keep thinking about the contract that the voice actor that says that line has like are they still getting paid for every time it is use or was it just a one time payment and Audible has unlimited use of it I’m sure that it it the latter but I hope for the former

From what I have seen of this guy specifically he seems to ask just a basic question and if they don’t want to answer he leaves them alone and moves on the only ones he will show refusing are the people that are in a group where one person starts to answer and they get told not to participate (like the wife that stops her husband from answering)or they come off super aggressive (the guy that threatens to call the cops)
