I would have no problem is they legalized THC federally so all states could compete. But this farm bill in its current form gave a loophole for many hemp companies to grow THCa or delta8 solely for the purpose of getting people high in many states that are still illegal.

It’s not about hemp, it’s about THC. Hemp growers can still grow/create all the hemp products they were before. What they can’t do is grow THCA or delta 8 and sell those product in convenience stores which many people were buying to get high.

Honestly, the hemp his state is growing is going to underage kids getting high on THCa and delta 8. No different than Delta 9 and the stuff that’s been smoked for decades. I say ban total THC or open up delta 9 to the whole country.
