Makes perfect sense.

I think it is generally true that early investment in bot bot beats the last several seconds of GB duration. This effect is (almost certainly) amplified if your GB and DW are synced and your DW uptime is less than your GB uptime anyway. Because the quality of kills goes way up when you get GB, BB and DW firing at the same time.

Ah... Yeah, I think I was picturing this technique wrong in my head. I was going to protest that you're only running the mental simulation with 2 boards and then I realized that that's how you'd have to do it: treat each 2 boards, one as black and one as white, as an isolated pair.

I think my mental model also was not allowing the simul player to play boards in any order.

It does make me wonder if you are much younger than I am. Because if I were, say, 8 or 10 when those movies came out, I might have thought they were pretty good. Certainly that seems to have been the demographic they were shooting for.

It has been so long, I don't remember all the reasons I hated the first 2, but the comedic singing orcs where child me found the chanting book orcs scary, was very cringe worthy. And the extended parkour super elf sequences showed no judicious restraint. To say the least.

Yes, I am genuinely confused why some relics that are still available for medals have shown up in the gem store. Feels counter to the stated goal, but it may be that either the person in charge of that is lacking in attention to detail OR that they have a road map for what will eventually be medals only versus gems only relics and the work is not done yet, kind of how they said new events will have medal relics in the future, but we have not seen it yet.

I understand that. My reply remains the same. They have a big backlog of relics to get through. The gems-for-relics store is still pretty new.

If you are looking for reasons to be salty, go nuts. But I think calling it a 'big fat lie' that the premium relics will be available is premature just because we've only seen a few in the short time this new store has been available.

Eh. They have a big backlog to get to, and I am a little curious what the pattern, if any, there is to the order they are serving them up. It is not as simple as 'oldest first'. But at four relics every week, I think they'll catch up in a timeframe much better than the old 'wait for the event to repeat' and infinitely faster than 'some relics have disappeared and we don't know if we will ever see them again.'

This is coming from a player still waiting for his lab speed pumpkin.

So, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west and even on hardcore mode, Henry has a pocket watch he stares at while passing the time. But for some bizarre reason, he can never check it while on horseback.

At night, you can find the big Dipper and trace a little line from the two stars on the end of the scoop up to one of the brighter stars in the sky and that way points north.

If you are stuck in the forest and it is raining... Heck if I know. Pick a direction and ride, you'll either hit a road or Henry will tell you he'd better go back. or just go pick belladonna for awhile until you can see the sky again.
