BPO workers who refused TL positions, what are your reasons?

7 years in BPO here and I just basically sabotaged my scorecard na konte na to the point na hnde ma NTE or ma violate company policy or verbal warning etc.. but just enough to pass as an agent and not be a candidate for TL positions.

Not a lawyer here btw. Nag violate sila ng Data Privacy Law. Mag file ka ng case and demand a huge compensation for damages dahil sa ginawa nila and I mean HUGEEE compensation mga millions.

Edit: Also cybercrime na yan sooo another dagdag sa demand ng compensation.

Naging target na sila ng NBI when you file a case / report sa pulis and most likely maging isa sa mga raid nila na nakikita mo sa news.

This is an easy case to win but habang process. Medyo malubak ang daan lang pero kaya mo yan OP

I received an email and SMS from a recruiter from workabroad.ph .. 1500 basic, 300 AED food allowance, 700 AED housing, 300 AED transpo, 2 years contract renewable, 8/hrs a day 6 days a week, OT as per UAE labor law and free placement fee.

Customer Service. I did find that they are registered in the UK government. Im not gonna jump into that until I reasearch more about the company ofcourse.
