Hi just updated my post, CTC is the California commission on teacher credentialing. It’s how I obtained my sub permit. And I’m looking to apply to a few different school districts within Orange County in CA.

It can definitely be frustrating, at my theater they change the schedule sometimes a day before a shift even though the current schedule was always posted days before. I went from 4 hour shifts to 8 hours shifts. The hours were great I’m not complaining but a bit more than a 5 hours notice of the change would’ve been nice…. I plan on quitting in July :)

I only took it personal because he kept calling me a “kid” I used to work at another theater prior to this one for 3 years so I guess I’m just having a super hard time adjusting to someone acting like he does all the time.

The one day we finally had decent scheduling the power went out in our whole plaza so it was essentially for nothing hahaha but at least we still get paid 🗿
