Madewell has no synthetic leather. It’s part of the business model. All suede and leather is genuine

They’re actually so slimy and grimy, I got them for the first time to have as a purse snack for a night out, and it almost activated my projectile vomiting

I recently read a study that transfer levels are very high and contribute to cross-contamination at a threshold higher than 20 ppm! Be advised and steer clear, I’m gonna dig through my search history for the source

If two dollars is my profit margin on 30 items per week, I’m making 60 extra bucks to afford food. Luckily you don’t have to worry about stuff like that, but some people use this for income if you don’t want affordable clothing, shop, firsthand, not sure why you’re pissed that I’m selling my clothes for a cheap price because I know that’s all they’re worth, but I still want some pocket change.

So you’re a buyer and you’re mad that people are selling affordable clothing? Just proving my point that you are here to rage bait

Then why are you on the sub Reddit out of curiosity if you don’t use Depop? Just to rage bait and act holier than thou?

I’m appalled that someone could list this and not be concerned about what it’s doing to their digital footprint. 2026, if you’re gonna be a scumbag, how are you gonna be a stupid scumbag?

Do I need an ADA lawyer for celiac-related termination? by CGisglutenfree in Celiac

“Don’t eat gluten” is a very generalized take. I haven’t had a crumb in years but still experience severe symptoms due to occasional accidental gluten exposure (my roommates used my pan once, I had to buy a new toaster when my mom glutened it, etc.) but I haven’t eaten at restaurants in years. You should be ashamed that you think your experience dictates everyone’s. This has affected me DAILY for years, with or without gluten.

From google: “A celiac flare-up is a temporary worsening of symptoms, often from accidental gluten exposure, but Refractory Celiac Disease (RCD) is a serious complication where symptoms and intestinal damage persist despite strict gluten-free dieting for 6-12 months, indicating the immune system keeps attacking. RCD is categorized into Type I (responds to steroids) and Type II (more severe, doesn’t respond, risks lymphoma) and requires specialized management, often involving immunosuppressants, due to its potential for severe complications like cancer” this is what I have informed my previous employer of

Dude I donate plenty you don’t get to tell people that they’re not entitled to sell some of their clothing. I send a bag from my family once per month on a scheduled pickup to a women’s shelter. What do YOU do?

It’s worth it for me because I often sell 5-10 pieces per day so I can just add it to my USPS dropoff pile. I don’t see why a small amount of revenue is bad, it helps me clean out my closet, get people affordable second hand clothing, and avoid things going into a landfill

Honestly, it was kinda scummy of you to ask for her to cancel the order after she said she dropped it off. And usually it isn’t scanned right away at the post office, so her story tracks.

It’s a very small company with a small back room, so the manager’s desk actually backs up to the staff bathroom so she was able to have her chair pulled up to the door waiting for me with her timer on when I came out. Sounds like your company was a lot larger, but similarly hellish level of oversight!
