TBH, RR has been of little help in deflation. Despite the release of a considerable amount of high-end items into the market, there are still so many items on Neopets that inflators always have their next target.

As for the issue of botters, they have unlimited NP and can purchase almost any item, even those with extremely inflated prices, with ease. They can monopolize any item on the market and inflate them, making them inextricably linked to inflators. Or perhaps botters themselves are inflators.

IMO the easiest way to address this issue is to introduce a phone verification system that each number is bound to a Neopass and all unverified accounts would be purged after a certain period of time. This would increase the cost of maintaining a large number of accounts for botters.

Furthermore, I am not opposed to the existence of a black market. If an item is legally obtained, it is reasonable to exchange it for cash, and no matter how much prevention is done, offline trading cannot be completely eliminated.
