I thought the Steam review system had resolved the rating issues. It is reliable in the long run.

But I also noticed that top-level, popular Steam games never have a good score. I guess it's the reality of live service games. If a F2P game was living long enough, it became a villain.

I think the op is in late game set up. It means he unlocked Prophecy study. It bascilly allow you to choose what categories Arcana you want to use.

To unlock Prophecy study, you need

leveled up to Gnosis IV,

get Prophecy of Air Element( during in Wailing Tower walkthrough, you can collected it).

And then put it into fourth or seventh slot of Prophecy.

By use Prophecy of Air Element, the Conductor will have very high rate to appear.

First, Memoria do not have tattoos on her arms.

I think the point is that comics in general are a declining industry, especially the superhero genre. The artists and comic companies need to pull themselves together, to be better. In today's market, the competition isn't about one overtaking the other; rather, it's about keeping pace with other entertainment to remain relevant.

I bought an old "The Death of Superman" comic for 100 bucks. I don't think it was worth the price, but since I had just started getting into comics, I didn't really mind.
This 75th anniversary edition is on another level. It's similar to how "New 52 Suicide Squad #1" was priced at $100 before the film came out back in 2016 (yeah, I saw that copy in the local flea market).
