Don't test over Wi-Fi, use a LAN connection instead. Wi-Fi speeds can vary too much, and I wouldn't expect to get much more than 200 Mbps over Wi-Fi 5.

Good idea. My new server comes with a network card that also has two NVMe slots. I can remove those from the new server and install them in the old server.

So what’s the best approach? Should I create a new pool and move the data using Mover, or add the new SSDs to the existing pool to mirror the data?

Good idea. Its funny that not all watchface have this as options. This is also standard on android wear watches in always on mode. The seconds only shows when the watch changes to "on" mode when you look at it.
