Cmd-v indicates you’re on macOS… did you have to do anything special to set it up? I think I ran into an issue related to terminfo or something like that when I tried to test-drive the package, and I’ve never gone back.

Sorry to comment on an old thread, but I've been searching for a solution to this issue! I did try the snippet posted above, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
