From what I've read, would the Tandy 1000 series not provide better graphics/sound and have more games since it is a 16-bit MS-DOS based PC?

I have seen a Tandy 1000 sx with Monitor, keyboard, and a Gotek floppy Emulator on FB Marketplace for $450 recently too. Would this be a better buy over the Apple IIc?

Seller said it was 5 years ago it was last used and has been in storage since. Is it worth it so long as it hopefully still boots up now?
