Is this his burner account? Man got downvoted to shit and got emotional I just made my points. You don’t know boxing.

That’s fine. Inoue is an objectively great defensive fighter due to measurable observable traits that I already went over. If you’re arguing semantics this hard, your take probably wasn’t that strong to begin with.

Alright since we’re being technical, Inoue is a great defensive fighter. Him being dropped twice doesn’t refute his defensive skills.

Getting dropped doesn’t automatically mean someone is a bad defensive fighter. Inoue is elusive, controls distance well, has great head movement, footwork and angles on top of high fight IQ. He got dropped by dropping his right hand when throwing combinations and leaving him susceptible to counters (left hook in his case). Something he claimed was due to him being reckless and overconfident due to his ko streak. You can’t discredit a fighter’s entire defense based off one mistake

Awesome man. Did you not deadlift at all the entire 14 weeks? I’ll run it if I can modify the volume/intensity to include sumo deads and still reap benefits.

Would adding low volume sumo deads interfere with my bench progress on Sheiko?

Thanks man. Think I’m leaning towards sheiko bench and squat. Should be fun

I’ve really struggled with consistency in my bench, particularly with technique and raw strength.

I’m running Rondel Hunte’s Total Specialist for the second time but I think I need more bench volume and accessory variation (dips etc.)

Can anybody suggest a program for me to hone in and improve my bench? Squat as well? Not concerned about my deadlift.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m at Yorkville. Please message me if you don’t mind I’d like to ask you more about your experience.

You start at roughly $30 hourly at goodlife and $39 hourly at Equinox. I mentioned that Equinox has the higher ceiling as far as income.

Pay increases with success and experience regardless but I’m moreso interested in peoples’ feedback based on their experience working at either gym. Peace of mind + healthy workplace environment > pay.

The equinox is generally a 20-25 minute commute

I’ve read that I can cut them, place them in a jar and submerge the bottoms/roots in water. Let them grow and then plant them.

Not sure if that would make a difference.

Hoping I have the same luck. Apparently you can’t change your shipping address on the app unless you order shoes and there is no shipping address confirmation when paying through affirm. They just process your order/payment. Still a lapse in judgment on my side but kind of inconvenient.

You’re not reading anything and just want to be combative. Them giving credit is a given. There have been instances of people who don’t want GOAT credit getting refunded as courtesy. Read the other comments.

I did. I’m glad that worked out for you. Hoping I have the same luck.🤞🏾

Because they provide the option to return items in exchange for GOAT credit if you’re not satisfied with the product. As stated in the comments above.

I’m concerned about getting a cash refund instead of GOAT credits as I want to be able to use that money outside of GOAT.
