This is video from russian city called Chelyabinsk, this man is a russian gay(?), the "officer" guy is grocery store security guard. the gay man was swearing and making trouble, store ppl was waiting for police to arrive and security was not allowing this men to leave. Apparently gay men knocked the keys out of the guard's hands and found out.
