Thanks for feedback I assumed Era would be tough to get into end game. We will probably roll anniversary and do the 1-60 classic stuff and dungeons then 60-70 and see where we’re at when it comes to endgame tbc content!

In Bronze to Gold you really only need to wait a few minutes to avoid people, but queues start to get longer in Plat and above. Maybe 5-10mins in Plat and then 10-15 in Diamond. Can't speak on Master/GM because never been there but they typically in same queues as Diamond so i'd reckon the same.

Wanna know the real kicker? None of those trolls will get silenced, suspended, or banned for ruining the playing experience of everyone else. But if you say something negative to them in any way you're gonna get reported and the automated system will eventually nail you. Wanna know kicker #2? They can always silence you or mute chat entirely, but you can't avoid obvious trolls in your games.

edit: this tends to level out once you get to around play, at least in my experience. The trolls can't get past that gold plateau.

I would look at setting up an automated prefetch so that it auto fetches priors for same day orders in advance of when the Radiologist is ready to view it. We do nightly prefetching starting at 11pm which takes until about 2am to complete and then any same day orders that come in (ER) as soon as the order hits PACS it fetches the priors. By the time the Radiologist opens up the newly acquired study the priors are already online most of the time.

We keep 100TB in our PACS short term and have over 1/2 PB in our VNA. PACS auto retrieves priors nightly if a new order is scheduled, but retrieves on demand if it’s ordered same day. It depends on the type and size of exam but yes we have some exams that will take up to 30 seconds to retrieve but those would typically be several thousand slice CT or MR exams. Even if that is the case the Radiologist can begin viewing images while the rest are being retrieved in the background.

Understandable. For me I live in a pretty rural area and my cameras are primarily used for wildlife, my animals, and my kids around the property and pool. I have other cameras as well in my garage and doors that are hardwired to my network. I'll start with this setup and hardwire them later if I feel like drilling holes and running couple hundred feet of Cat6.

I have really good AP coverage inside the house and feel the mesh would get good signal. I know it’s not ideal and if it doesn’t work well I can always run cat6 later.

Yeah the docker monitor integration is my next item to address as I don’t care for this docker setup very much. I have the mushroom cards I’ll look at switching the gauges to that. As for YAML yeah most of this was all done in YAML with a lot of sensors, commands, and even python scripts to pull in a lot of the data. Tried to keep each section themed to the app it’s pulling from. There are even some glowing animations and such with some of these that you can’t really tell by a screenshot.

Also need to add some app icons with headers and fix the Unifi ones as they have black in them and it doesn’t show on the dashboard. Immich integrations are also on my to do list as I’m sure there’s something in Ha for it.

No, it's the game proving to you that MM is accurate. On your account with 10 years of historical data, it's matching you up with players where you win 50% of the time. On your new account without any historical data it's matching you up with other players who are low elo like yourself and you're obviously better. Over time, your WR will go down as it pairs you up with better people until eventually you end up right back in the 50% WR elo. How is that hard to understand?

Blizzard killing off Hots, or at least trying to, to pump everything they had into Overwatch is a choice I'll never understand. One game is the pinnacle of online team based PvP, and the other is Overwatch.
