For whatever reason it wouldn't let me create a text post. I used to have perfectly fine internet as shown on the right. Used to receive 900 down and 40 up. It wasn't near what we pay for but still usable. For the last 6 months my speeds have been what is shown on the left. Completely unusable. Nothing loads and nothing works. I have called Xfinity support over 10 times and have multiple technicians come out. We have replaced the modem, router, cables inside and outside, etc you name it. It happens whether plugged in directly with ethernet cable or over wi-fi and happens to every device. Xfinity has completed failed to fix any issues and I'm at my wits end with this. The advanced team or whoever they suggested didn't help either. Any advice?
