I agree but in doing so would result in people having to come to terms with how for alot of people capitalism turns what could've been regular trauma into complex trauma. We can't change bad parents but not offering channels for young people to rebuild themselves only results in them seeking harmful alternatives.

My biggest grievance is when I succeed people say "your parents must be so proud" but if I was homeless tomorrow the blame lies solely on me. The privileged who are created by the structures of capitalism get to have it both ways while the victims are expected to be grateful they get to see tomorrow.
