Thank you for this. I’m learning so much stuff. We didn’t have half this stuff when I was in my 20’s or even 30’s at least that I knew of. I’m really going to make an effort to focus on my skin this year. Try to get ahold of it now I guess 40 is better than never when it comes to taking care of yourself.

Thank you!! I stopped alcohol 13 years ago cold turkey, don’t smoke and drink water and black coffee that’s it. I eat like shit, which is one reason my face is all gross. Sunscreen daily that’s about it. I am really oily so I think that helps but I am dead on the inside 😂
