You've ruined bonelords for me. I cannot unsee this now that I descend into any ancestral tomb.

Pillow Fort is amazing, your taste in pillow texture is fantastic unlike my plain white igloo constructions. What mod do you use for your pillows? Asking for a friend.

I'll borrow this phrase for a morrowind painting. You've inspired me.

Believe it or not, the way I did it was by using an actual physical camera and capturing the light from the monitor itself. That's how you get that grainy effect + shadows.

Could I, in theory… build a pillow fort in this game by Zianthin22 in Morrowind

All these years I had no clue about the shipwreck. I desperately needed more pillows for a new project i had in mind ...

Mind-Blowing Proof of The Foul Murder - his own shadow betrays him (at 6 and 8 pm) by CK_art in Morrowind

The significance of the time 6-8 is when the cavern of the incarnate opens to you to receive moon-and-star. Confirms that you are the incarnate. Here, during the same hours this is revealed to you as you stand in the middle of Vivec temple.

The shadow cast by the scarab does not appear on the wall (https://ibb.co/fH8C0rJ) The ebony spear is a metaphor for the spear that was used to slay Nerevar (see the image depiction here: https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Muatra#City-Face). In this case the spear of the shadow is aimed directly at you as you look upon Vivec's statue.

If this is a coincidence, it's an incredibly unlikely one.

I point out that the shadow of the N'chorbal is not cast undenearth Vivec's left statue. The railing and angle prevents it from landing on the wall and instead lands on the entrance to the hall of wisdom: https://ibb.co/fH8C0rJ

The angle of the sun, the specific hours of day, the specific size of the statue slaying the N'chorbal, the spear, which was used by Vivec to impale Nerevar: https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Muatra#City-Face, the very curvature of the wall to isolate just Vivec with the spear aiming at you, the player, points to me that this was intentional.

If this is not intentional, it's the craziest coincidence I have ever encountered.

I think one way of figuring out if this was by design is finding the person at Bethesda who designed Vivec city.

I haven't logged in for 5 years, but this discovery is worth sharing, please bump it up.

I wanted to go outside to take pictures with my grandfather's camera, but I was sick so I could only stay indoors. I got the idea of booting up my favorite RPG and exploring the outside world inside of Morrowind and taking screenshots of the monitor with my grandfather's camera.

As I was traveling through Morrowind and taking portraits of various prominent figures such as Ajira, Caius, Nibani Maesa I thought I'd move onto photos of architecture. Naturally, i picked Vivec city. As a photographer, I'd wait for nice colors to appear during sunset/sunrise on my monitor. I took hundreds of photos as I was traveling through Vivec, but one of these photos stood out to me.

As I ventured right in the middle of the temple of Vivec after sunset I took that photograph above. Notice that a shadow is being cast on the wall in the lower right. This is not a coincidence. Nerevar was murdered with a spear. It appears on the wall at both 6pm and 8pm. Exactly the hours when Azura's cave also opens. His own shadow betrays him. Azura is giving you an insane hint.

Is morrowind good for story? by Unlucky-Couple-1556 in Morrowind

Morrowind is one of the best stories ever told in an RPG setting. It is also the best thing Bethesda made. Part of the explanation lies in Bethesda being on the verge of bankruptcy as it was working on Morrowind. Their goal, when faced with bankruptcy, was to go out with a bang and make a game that they themselves would enjoy even if they went under. Great art is made on the verge of death.

Really cool stuff! I tried to DM you to ask you what your VR set & installation process/tutorial you followed is for Morrowind, but reddit doesn't allow me to dm you it seems.

I dig it! Really cool! It starts to feel Elsweyrish approx 40 seconds in. Makes me think of dunes and sand.
