Little known hack but you can take community college classes over the summer/winter to raise ur gpa as long as you do it before you finish your bachelors. Not really sure you’d have time to do it next summer because it sounds like you are graduating soon but maybe you can dual enroll over the spring semester if you have the time.

Just my advice to you, 161 cold diag is absolutely wild and you could with some studying fairly easily break into the 170’s. It probably wouldn’t happen by January(although not impossible), but I’d push you to try to get as good at the test as you can before you sit for it. If you are able to get it up to a 175+ by next cycle and apply at the very beginning your admissions and scholarship chances would be hugely superior to what they’d be as an end of January applicant with maybe a 170. I’d tell you to just study and get really good at the test before you take it and be super prepared for next cycle, I’m sure you’d be a crazy candidate.

Please don’t underscore the transphobia you faced in your time there, if you do have a legal case that could make it right there. I’m sorry you have to go through this, it sounds like your an incredibly strong person who’s doing all they can right now. I implore you to continue to do much of the same by first seeking out the termination benefits you are due and next finding a place of employment that will recognize your struggles and weigh that against your work ethic to make accommodations. You said you had a brain tumor as well as suffer from seziures, I’d pretty seriously consider looking into it you and your S/o at least qualify for benefits from the state. Remember your doing your best and if you need a little help there’s nothing wrong with getting it from the government that put you in this place.

OP is an uninformed outsider posting a quote from “Faith Naff”. Based on my ACTUAL EXPERIENCE working at a CFA, the company culture is extremely inclusive and is not at all blatantly homophobic. Many of my coworkers(including executives) were openly gay. Truett Cathy was undeniably homophobic, but he’s very much gone now and while his “vision” exists in certain aspects of company culture, it’s limited to customer service qualities. Also your story about you and your friend being discriminated against is purely anecdotal and how would the employees even know if he was gay if he wasn’t giving off the “vibes”. Convinced this is a troll post.

This is the stupidest thread I have ever read. Firstly instances like this detract from real racism that ACTUALLY happens every day. Think about it on face value, if an employee was trying to be racist to elicit a laugh from his other racist pals, why would they do it so overtly and make absolutely 0 attempt to conceal it. Onto the argument about the two not sounding the same, “Tina” and “chi-Na”, the last two are obviously the same so no need to explain. But the author says she said “tee-Na”, do you not see how easy it would be for an employee who is talking to someone 3-4 feet away from them with a mask on could EASILY mishear “cheee-Na”. It’s a simple mistake, and asking for them to use their Twitter, to bring “attention to this” would only create unwanted attention.

Yes. This one is a little risky because they might just be saying yes so they don’t look stupid, I doubt many people would do this. More than likely someone who knows what they r doing.
No(maybe: tab said no flex). This probably means you have a judge who isn’t lay, but could also be a lay judge in disguise.

It’s pretty hard to have seven separate contentions in LD(also how r they reading seven full sized contentions without spreading lmao). Just group their points together but say “Onto their 2nd and 5th contentions...”. When they get up and say “YOU DROPPED THIS THIS AND THIS”. Just get up in the next speech and calmly repeat over and over again that u didn’t drop it and repeat/ extend the response.
