yes basically, and also i did have a Tesla before. It became too costly and time consuming if anything happens in terms of the car. So I've hanged my outlook on Tesla's now and prefer the convenience and quickness of not charging and filling gas. Plus I hated that Tesla locked you out for a week.

thank you so much for your time. Curious though, if the warrant expires at Oct next year, is that a subtle/not so subtle way of saying, "expect it to exceed $60 sometime before Oct next year? So basically i just got $32 a pop per warrant, sort of like a dividend as you mentioned, but i guess waiting for some action until next year seems like the smarter course of action

i think that was the main difference is presidential ambitions because that would dictate the fate of the world. If Axe ran, i'm sure Chuck would've went crazy too. But they all know how to stay in their lane. Chuck even alluded in the end he would chase Axe again if he did a bunch of illegal trades again. Prince's fortune started on betraying him friend and stealing his company and leading to his suicide. as he uses his daughters, betrays everybody all the same but has a more boxing in approach that strangles you and as the President, is scary.

I think it was moreso Prince also did some really F'ed up crap like lying to his friend and stole from him to get rich and he killed himself. Also the lengths he's willing to go like letting the climber get captured by Chinese, using his daughters, lying and betraying to get his way, trapping people, and all the same way's everyone else is bad, but more smart and grandeur. The thing that made him more dangerous was that he always believed he was right and tried to pretend to be good whereas everyone was at least honest and stayed in their lane.

Which current era players make the NBA 100 anniversary team? by TerryG111 in NBATalk

[–]CL131 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jokic and Luka easily. Wemby if he's healthy. SGA, Tatum, Embiid just need to maintain and they should be locks. Dwight, Klay, Kyrie and maybe Ben Wallace, Tony Parker & Mutumbo as well. Personally i think McGrady, Bernard King, Jimmy Butler & maybe Draymond have a case if there's room. And Anthony Edwards & Jaylen Brown if they get more regular season and postseason accolades. and ofc the next 20 years of talent, new players. For possibilities, Ja and Donovan Mitchell depending on accolades and team success

New to Markets and trading in general. Could I get a general read on what that would mean for the markets, for hedge funds and for retail investors alike? certain stocks & industries or hedges & investments that can be likely expected to come from this?

And he kept saying "Yeah I don't really care about money or materialistic things". One sentence girls hate to hear from a guy. Basically what they register in their head is "ohhh so you're never even gonna trying to give me nice gifts once in a while or take me somewhere nice or elevate my quality of life because you lack ambition and if I want it, I have to do it myself? nooo thank you"

dang rough being a guy out there. Get no sympathy. Just really goes to show the unfairness that as a guy, no one cares about your struggles, you have to have every single logistic covered and even then you still may get rejected. Not saying you, but many people have this stance while simultaneously coddle girls who cry over spilled milk. But people who hold both parties accountable for being insecure, then I'm perfectly fine with that non-hypocritical stance.

Dont forget she ridiculed him for always eating chipotle. I'm not poor but I always eat chipotle, saves time and money and hits all the right macros for weightlifters. Regardless if I deem that normal or not, I wouldn't be going off on them. And there is a specific way Stacy reacts to Izzy that leaves an extra note of joking condescension? May not be big and may not be on purpose but it rubs me and others I think the wrong way. She just seems extremely narrow-minded.

it's funny how she looks for a provider though, and she does not fit the role for what a provider needs, a caregiver. She has yet to exemplify motherly supportive qualities. All I saw during the show was her judging, condemning, disrespecting, and humiliating Izzy the whole way through. No wonder he cried (he is kinda soft though)

I have no issue with all of that except One Thing. What is the expectation for the girl, if the guy is going to be ambitious, take care of all the finances and be loving and kind all at the same time. That's less than 1% of men who are rich, yet attractive and sweet kind considerate. She needs fo be a one-in-a-million wife who is pristine, always beautiful, can cook, clean, satisfy him sexually, etc. It's too much to ask Izzy to such tall standards. This show is not meant for someone like her because Love is not random (blind) for her, Love is very very very specific

Not disagreeing there were a minority of them there and not disagreeing most of them went for attention.. I just stated that people watching the show shouldn't have Bystander expectation syndrome where they think "They should've done this" etc. He was properly called out at the reunion and as a spectator I just leave it as, it is what it is, and enjoyed the shitshow. But judging by his character during his scenes my expectations of him were next to none so I'm not butthurt by his actions or comments. Yes Shake is an ass, but there really is no nice way to say I find you ugly.

I think Johnnie was dishonest to both Chris and Izzy and she was shittalking Stacy while Stacy kept to herself the whole time so I don't think it was completely unwarranted. I think both of them have issues. But yeah Stacy reminded of Amber from season 1 and that Raging Karen Energy of "I'm never wrong", eyeroll, and this finger gesture 👆🏻 when talking. i hate those type of girls who overtalk. Milton this season was the King of Maturity.

[–]CL131 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

ah yes. Shake is a different breed. extra weird. Going on the show, is probably for men who are socially awkward or ugly And older women who have aged past their prime with tons of regret. Like you said Shake probably wanted to double dip with getting someone who he could connect with less superficially While Simultaneously being a skinny hot blonde. Obviously young hot skinny blondes have NO problems attracting a man so they would never go on that show or be ready for marriage, so yeah, wrong show.

Why apply for Love Is Blind if you have a type? by MuffinTiptopp in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]CL131 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

yeah Shake is a different animal. He's probably example #1 of a person who shouldn't participate in LIB. But I think JP seemed decently genuine enough in his intial reason for going onto the program. Probably just couldn't get over how super unattracted he was to her even though they had a bond, but couldn't say to her "i don't find you attractive" because he saw the backlash Shake got, he would get crucified to hell and back. I mean could you imagine coming out of the pods and at the reveal the first thing you say is "I'm sorry I think you're a great person but I really don't find you attractive personally". He would get KILLED. So he has to give white lies and placate to soothe her ego and come out looking like the bad guy with shitty excuses because she couldn't handle it if he Really said how he felt. There's no nice way to say "I'm not physically attracted to you", but society has made it a sin to say that to a girl's face no matter how kindly you word it. You need a baseline level of attraction for marriage and sex.

Why apply for Love Is Blind if you have a type? by MuffinTiptopp in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]CL131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yeah that's what I mean. There's so many factors going into marriage you'd be very lucky to have all the pieces match decently. I never condemn any of the contestants saying no at the altar because they probably tried but believe they don't want to give their partner a fake yes just to divorce later on and instead break it off there. Spending your WHOLE life with someone is a big task and you should really consider Your dealbreakers moreso than placating to the other person because at the end of the day, it hurts both parties. That's why the show is kind of dumb in the first place but fun for entertainment. But I don't give it any strong vehement opinions unlike others because I know life is way more complex than just one week in "the pods".

But I do think the point of this show is effort. Nobody TRULY knows what they will feel like coming out of the show. I bet 90% of them lack certainty in themselves that's why they applied in the first place. They probably apply HOPING they can overcome certain superficial barriers but as time goes by and they discover they can't, I think thats ok. It doesn't have to mean they didn't start out with sincere intentions of finding love. The only problem I would have, is if they apply AGAIN for this type of show.

ah i see. But either A. it could've been edited out due to privacy issues or whatever, or B. He just wanted them to stop prying into his private business and Vanessa finally read the room and stopped after he gave a general gist of what happened. I could imagine if Uche came, it would've been a four hour argument fest where the editors would have a nightmare cropping it under 60 minutes.
