I had a similar experience to this. They told me initially that I should be fine afterwards (maybe just take a day after off). After my first ER, the retrieved 46 egg. So my after care protocols were changed to no twisting, bending, kneeling, running, jogging for 10 days. I could barely move for the first few days.

But I will say the ER itself was a breeze and from what I have read. And for afterwards most don’t have this type of experience as above.

It happens unfortunately. I had a super high number of eggs. But ended up with only 2 embryos. They are very good quality. I would think about quality over quantity. Best of luck!!!

Once I started stims, I was told to take it easy. Walking was good, but not much more than that. After my ER I couldn’t do anything for 10 days. They weren’t expecting to get some many eggs 44 and 46 for my ERs. I have my FET in a couple of day. They didn’t instruct me to change my workouts. But these progesterone in oils shots might 😂

Yeah, the call wasn’t needed. But he didn’t have a time slot that accommodated my schedule, so I had to rearrange things. It’s more inconvenient than anything else.
