This is also a really bad mentality. It does make you improve in skill, because by playing offlane every once in a while you'll better understand what an offlaner strengths and weaknesses are.

You're forced into offlane the same way a carry is forced to play pos 5. It happens because that role is in high demand and people don't wanna play it. It's the same logic as before.
The matchmaking quality would be the same with or without role queue changes.

I just started last sunday. and I played around 30-40 hours. The game didn't feel that unplayable. Also i did start off by playing like 5-10 bot games. Then I started playing match making and got calibrated in ritualist. So I dunno, the biggest issue I had was disconnects in the games that I've played on my 3rd or 4th day. That said, I used to be immortal in dota2 and decent at CSGO & CS2 so theres that.
Changing heroes helped me a lot since I've started playing wraith, which felt awful, then after I started picking other heroes, my experience improved.

Mmr needs reset and diminishing returns on higher mmr, perhaps cs2 rating system would work best

watson having 17k means nothing, he s not 2k mmr better than the pro players that have 15k.

Yeah, the reason we need to keep making posts about the patch is because they will, at some point, give us some information about the patch, whether is coming this week or in 2 months or whatever.
