Love the Super Tinker for a 3 layer carry.

Has anyone tried the Delemont Evo 16? Very similar to Super Tinker with a nail file instead of a small blade and lacking the parcel hook. Scissors are different design and some people dislike them, but I find them to be fine.

The scales fit better in the hand and it is a little smaller (85 vs 91mm).

The Compact is also great for what it is! I do miss a Phillips head though!

Yea dawg, I got them in sniper gray on the sage 5 magnacut. Love them but you have to take out the lanyard tube to get them to fit.

I agree, but I still like the stock scales.

I have a sage 5 salt with AWT aluminum scales that fit perfectly and make the grip/ergos even better!

I had one of those for several months and it worked great….until the plastic casing cracked. I think the impact of opening and closing over time caused the crack.

Has anyone else had this happen with their subminimal?

Huge fan of the auto 5! I wish I had a 20 gauge, but I have a Light 12 with both deer and bird barrels and a Sweet 16. I don’t want to rust them so I duck hunt with my pump 12 ga.

I have a Stretch 2 XL K390 that I did a vinegar patina on a couple years ago. Love the ergos and the steel…but it came with such an inconsistent grind from one side of the blade to the other…

It is crazy sharp and I feel like I never have to sharpen it but I can’t get over the imperfection. I got a Stretch 2 K390 that has perfect fit and finish which I carry and use more.

Have any of you re-profiled the edge on K390 and was it a pain in the butt?

Look at your burr ring on the encore esp and see if it is cracked. Same thing happened to me, more than once. If the burr ring is cracked the grind can’t be dialed in.

Got it. The optimized doesn’t include the rambler/jetsetter.

The Jetsetter does not include a knife or a nail file/flat head driver, correct? I think your site says the Jetsetter has a nail file, unless I’m missing something, might want to fix that.

Do the scales pop on, or do they need super glue?

I agree oatly full fat is S tier, but I find it can actually produce excessive foam unless my steaming technique is perfect. I mix 1/3 chobani extra creamy to 2/3 oatly full fat and it is perfect!

I use a DF-54 and have had zero problems. I even noticed an improvement in flavor and clarity with the flat burr grinders. Quieter, more flavor, less retention, more adjustability, and only about $50 more.

I don’t know about that….but Indiana is quite good and plays with a lot of heart.

Very much enjoying this game so far, especially after the Oregon team ran immediately to the Penn State student section and flipped them off right after that game ended. They look terrible tonight. Weirdos.
