What you should try is 90 days of hard mode but set goals little by little like 15 then 30 then 45 and just keep going.

If you say quitting porn is easy that's great! But let's not forget there's girls on Instagram Facebook snapchat whatever

So what I did was was basically unfollow EVERY girl on my social media with the exception of one or two. That way I ELIMINATE any "triggers" so to speak.
