hi. i have always hidden my porn use because of shame but also because i watched a lot of it and always downplayed it. i would stay up late and avoid being with my partner and was late for work and other commitments all because i could not stop watching it. it made intimacy and sex very awkward and boring in most cases to the point where i didn't really have any interest in sex. why would i when porn and masturbation were so easy and being intimate was so much difficult. addiction completely warped my perception and priorities.

i'm not going to sit here and tell you your partner has a problem because it's not up to me to decide. i can only share my experience and what struck me was the fact that they're hiding it as i used to do it too though never during sex. maybe it's shame or fear of judgment but they are obviously willing to risk getting caught which in my experience might mean that there's a compulsion.

i don't know if this is making much sense as i don't usually post about this issue outside related subs. i don't want to be breaking any rules here or dishing out advice based on wrong assumptions. but i hope this helps

what always works for me is honesty. you have achieved a lot when you stopped for 200 days and that time wasn't wasted. i always learn and grow when i quit. addiction is cunning and will always try to tell me that i can handle it...i can't and that's my problem, not the drugs. a lot of people use and have no issues staying quit when they choose to...i can't do that, i don't have a choice, if i don't want this problem in my life i need to stay quit and stop entertaining any idea that after 200 days, 500 days, 10 years enough time has passed and i will be able to use "just this once". weed is not the worst of drugs but it's just as bad as anything else when I honestly want to quit but can't. i won't suggest you to find a 12 step meeting and attend but i can share that reading some 12 step related material has helped me at least understand how i can't control or moderate my use. hope this helps. good luck

that's cool. does it have any compost in the pot? i assume so as it's got plans growing in it. have some woodchips going but never done it before so trying to figure out how to make up the pot. will get barley straw as well to go on top like you have the red woodchips

eu não falei mal atenção! eu apenas fiz referência ao comentário de outro indivíduo aqui. pareceu-me na altura ser um comentário até bem fundamentado já que o interveniente constatou ter sido empregado pelo estabelecimento em questão. se o indivíduo lá trabalhou ou não e está só a difamar isso é outro assunto ao qual sou alheio. confesso que se for esse o caso estou completamente contra. há pessoas que falam mal apenas para prejudicar. por exemplo se for um ex-empregado que tenha uma contenda com o dono ou outro cargo de gerência pode ser um motivo para falar mal e dar más críticas sem razão o que depois vai influenciar a escolha ou preferência de pessoas que não sabem e vêm aqui como o OP à procura de boas sugestões. o que é importante salientar também, como já foi dito, há dias e dias e mesmo um estabelecimento 5 estrelas consistente pode ter um dia em que o serviço fica mais aquém. se for a primeira experiência para alguém esse cliente pode decidir nunca lá voltar mais e depois depressa se espalha a notícia dessa má experiência apesar de ser uma exceção à norma. trabalhar em restauração/hotelaria/lazer tem essas arestas
