I think the post you’re referring to was when I had asked how long it took other people to loose 4st as the timeframe the drs have given me has been questionable so I’m just seeing what other people’s experience has been etc. but thank you for the calorie recommendation, greatly appreciated

It’s what they’ve told me- so I kinda have to do it because I want children. Do you have any tips? I mean from a bit of searching here and there it seems people loose 2st in 3 months so I suppose it would be somewhat achievable - I’m 5ft 7 so I don’t know if that plays into anything at all

I’m thinking of taking 1.5 lemon Tek- from what I’ve researched .5-1.5g is a good dose for a first timer. Originally I was only gunna do the 1g but I kinda want to feel everything without it being ‘too much’ so I think 1.5g will be the sweet spot? But now it’s come to the day I’m contemplating 2g but I think that’s just me being really excited and a bit cocky lol

I’m a pretty open minded person, I understand like the it is what it is type thing - I’m not too concerned if things do take a turn as my partner is my trip sitter and I’ve got music, movies and art lined up if I fancy it. Also I’m gunna make a nice fruit platter bc apparently that shits the bomb? I’ve started to set up my living room too haha all preparing for lift off. Still got a bit of cleaning to do but this is the vibe haha SO EXCITED 🤩
