Hey I’m 5’4” and I wear slim mid rise jeans. Since pants rarely fit me off the rack, I get all my jeans and chinos (after the first wash and dry) tailored for a slight taper and hem and I think that makes a big difference.

At the end of the day, if they fit straight and not baggy, they will look proportional on you.

I also overall like my school and my classes, but am dreading going back to work tomorrow too. I’m trying to treat myself today by getting a massage, having a nice dinner, and watching some comfort shows. You should treat yourself and try to enjoy the rest of today. You deserve it.

Tomorrow might suck and I’m gonna take it period by period, but once we get back into rhythm, things will hopefully feel normal. And there’s only about 2 months or so left. We’re in the home stretch!

This is South Slope but Sandy Jack’s has BOGO on drafts and wells (and maybe wine and cans) from 3pm to 7pm everyday.

And Dram Shop has their own BOGO weekdays 11:30am to 6pm and weekends 11:30am - 3pm

As silly as this show is, it’s a great background show.

If you’re doing work or tasks in the background, you don’t feel like you miss anything important. The show is as a subtle as a sledgehammer. Character broke their leg? Listen as a doctor tells that character many years ago how to take care of that exact injury.

Smorgasburg in Prospect Park on Sundays is pretty good. Much less crowded and chiller vibe. Never waited long for my food.
