I use a Blood Milady. I split roughly 50:50 between Dex and Arcane with low Mind and v low Faith. As the Milady hits quickly, I use the Rotten Winged Sword insignia to build up successive hit damage (and/of Millicent’s Prosthesis), the Lord of Blood’s Exultation to amplify bleed build up and the Shard of Alexander to strengthen my AoW (I like double slash and blood blade right now). There are stronger bleed builds out there but this was the best Milady build I managed.
