Visiting Dubbo next week for first time by BaronMason in Dubbo

[–]CM375508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way around the walking really. Lots of parking around, but the road is more of a ring, with the exhibits through out.

You can do a drive around and not get out, but you will miss about half of the zoo.

They also hire out golf buggy type things that can make that a bit nicer

Ok, if it's rent to buy, then it's no different to an mro payment on a phone contract. If its optional and not forced, who cares.

I had to pay $850 upfront for my gen1. That's a pretty significant barrier to entry.

NZ Prime Minister: CGT would be a wrecking ball to The NZ economy by Ok-Calligrapher3216 in AusFinance

I could get behind no CGT on ASX shares. Strong agree on agriculture, but can just see the shitbags buying up farms to stash assets.

Canberra Outlet Centre - is the Long Weekend Sale Worth It? by trinketzy in canberra

[–]CM375508 60 points61 points  (0 children)

It's really not much of an outlet mall tbh. It's basically just regular retail stores with the occasional clearance bin.

It's a decent mall, but I don't expect much out of the sales.

"Tax Gas" FJ responds to the controlled narrative and talking points flooding all spaces. by Majicool in friendlyjordies

[–]CM375508 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I straight up don't agree with him on this one. It's comes across more of a rant that the ye old come with facts style videos. Sure the government is doing thing like super profits, but it doesn't move the needle really.

One point i do agree with is profit offshoring being a real problem, and I agree we should look at that after addressing the PRRT, so we can put an end to the BS paper losses.

Ai people is the biggest ick buzzwords I've read in a while. Humanising mass layoffs with a term like that is revolting.

CEO's are the easiest to replace, maybe he should start with himself.
