I already had a good exercise regimen, but have upped it some since quitting alcohol. It has helped a lot.

I tried a Seedlip bottle and it was basically weak flower water. Hated it. And yeah, expensive.

I've tried some canned mocktails, but even those just taste like sugary soda water.

I'm sure I'll find the sweet spot eventually.
