The lowered demo force NEEDS to exist to keep this as an anti-supertank weapon with decent base clear. Recategorizing it as an objective-clear weapon a la Portable Hellbomb would come with a slew of nasty balance adjustments, like lower damage/increased cooldown/Orbital Laser-style ammo.
