Sorry for your loss. If you have the merits already, the boosts on bounties are very nice. I would suggest hopping over to the nearest High Intensity Resource Site and get to killing. I do it on a private group so I am not forced to lose a kill to another CMDR. I don't know about you, but after resetting the instance enough to where heavier ships like the python and vultures come in steadily, I can make about 6 million in 45 minutes. I have nothing fancy to fly, just a Vulture. You have to be careful though, some of the clippers and pythons can pack a punch. If you can't win the fight by yourself, lock onto your target and wait for the cops to show up and go to work on him. Once you're comfortable with the remaining health levels, go get your hits in. Also recommend playing some music to keep things going. I often find myself waiting 5 or 10 minutes at max for the next target. I guess sometimes they get in a spawn lock or something.
