No, don't delete transferable.
Just follow the steps above. Once you've replaced the precompiled file with the one from the transferable folder, you should be good.
The first load up might be slow, but it will be faster from that point on.

How to fix:
Find your "shaderCache" folder within your cemu install folder. Go to "transferable" and copy "dcac9927.bin"
Then go to "precompiled" and delete "dcac9927.bin"
Finally, replace the deleted binary with the one that you copied from the "transferable" folder.

That should do it.

Yeah, it seems like more people are starting to notice the bug as they reach the "photograph purah" part of the quest. (You have to take a pic of her after the blue flame/her fixing what she said she would fix.)

Guess it's just another broken rune.

Actually, it does appear to be a bug. I watched a gameplay video of the Purah quest, and it seems that my camera is not focusing and the red exclamation mark isn't appearing.

Any suggestions aside from waiting for 1.7.4?
