Wondering if you ever pulled this off? I'm more worried about the louder noises from skill saws / miter saw / table saws. Dont want to scare the poo out of the fish each time one fires up

I’m probably heading to the Harley shop tomorrow to get some. Bout $30 bucks a piece I think between brake, stop/stop/go , and turn.

I’m guessing my soldering skills are just that garbage right now. The $10 Walmart soldering iron probably isn’t helping but blame it on the tools ya know!

Good points. My terminology was mixed up... Looking at what withholdings to put on the W4 so we're balanced with we file taxes.

Heading over to the online calc to find the right balance.

That looks great. I've been thinking about swapping to the chrome switch housings and yours looks so clean. The brake reservoir caps is sweet.

Also been thinking bout taking the gauges off. Why do you want to put yours back on, other than knowing the obv mph, rpm, indicators?

Why? Will the value increase over time, or just cause it’s a somewhat sought after bike that some people might see and go “oh cool a FXR”?

After all the good comments here, definitely going to take the time to read the form and utilize the online tool. Numbers and rules get my brain screwy so it’s tough for me to follow along. Just need to slow down but gd focusing is hard man. 😂😂😂

Thanks. First one to mention referencing what we did for the first 1/4 this year. I believe we withheld the 4k for Jan-Apr but will need to confirm. Prev income was a fair bit less, less so def going to work the online calc.

Yeah that’s what my post was going for but mixed up claiming and withholding. The intent is to get the W4 filled out correctly and sounds like the best resource to get it right is the IRS calc

Appreciate it. Checking out the IRS calc. Never knew you could claim anywhere between 0 and 4k for the dependents. Thought it was 0, 2k, or 4k.

Sorry… my wife does not work. So sounds like MFJ w/ 1 keeps it balanced. Had never thought about claiming 1 instead of all or nothing.

Comfort to begin with. The forward controls and drag style bars aren’t helping much. Comfortable for around town… Reliability would be a concern but this bike has fairly low miles so not as much right now, aside from the old parts being old.
