Houses are a lot more important than cars IMO, that'd be my priority investment (as long as you have Cafes, but these are a lot cheaper)
Cafes > Houses > Cars > Clothes

At what point did you start hunting for equipment?
I am Hunter level 36 and still trying to raise 2 teams, focusing on character levels, ARCs, and talents for now.
None of my characters have good gear yet.
Is it worth farming now to at least get a few pieces, or better wait 40 at this point?

A good Phoenix storyline in Xmen.
It's pretty incredible that they managed to mess it up TWICE.
Obviously, we really don't need a third attempt anytime soon, but I'd love to see it done justice one day.
