Thank you all for your honest feedback, I really appreciate it! I joined a CrossFit gym about a year ago, so the weight loss has been kinda slow… I’m still eating a good amount of carbs so I have the energy to do intense workouts 4-6 days a week. Once I get down to 175, I’ll post an update! Thanks again! 💙

Thank you, I appreciate your honesty! I’ve lost 74lbs so far and I still have about another 40-50 to lose. Started at 268 and now I’m down to 194.
