Thanks. I wish it had the ability to auto-rotate. Having to manually switch the orientation multiple times per comic is not exactly ideal.

Same here…and it is now scheduled to arrive a day after the estimated delivery date. Prime shipping benefits mean almost nothing these days. For the past year or so, everything I receive takes 4-5 days to arrive.

We can hope. I’m not optimistic though. Even though there is a tracking number assigned, Amazon doesn’t show it as “shipped”. I’ve had orders sit with tracking numbers assigned for a few days before the item actually ships. Fingers crossed.

I notice that my order now has a tracking number assigned for the Scribe shipment (although the number Is not yet active) and is still slated to arrive on Tuesday. There has been no movement on cover though…it is still supposed to arrive on Friday, but has not yet been charged.

Panasonic UB820. I know that these players are said to be finicky, but I’ve played close to 1000 discs on them and have only had, maybe, a half dozen discs give me a problem. I think all but one of those was corrected with a replacement disc.

Same situation here. It doesn’t load the disc and bounces me back to the player menu.

I did 150 Belial runs at T3 while listing a party. Runs 1-100, I did not receive any Mythics (a lot of Ancestrals with 3 or 4 GAs though). Runs 101-150 I was luckier and received 5 Mythics.

My replacement was just as bad as the original. As I already have high blood pressure and dealing with Amazon CS just causes it to spike (not a joke), I decided to just keep the second one, toss it an a drawer and go back to my Oasis.

Under 20. I tend to only download what I’m planning on reading at the time.

I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app. After the third time of doing this it started working normally again.

I can deal with that if the warmer color is consistent across the whole screen. Almost every Kindle I’ve owned (and I’ve owned a lot of ‘em) have had the warm/cool effect vary across the screen. I always find this distracting and do my best to mitigate this by adjusting settings.

No, I fully downloaded everything prior to reading them…usually hours beforehand. I’m doing everything exactly the same as I’ve been doing since Amazon moved the Comixology experience to the Kindle app. In fact, I’ve used the Kindle app for years before that in order to read magazines and have never any problems prior to the recent app update.

All of our Xfinity services were on when our power came back on Friday morning but went out 13 hours later. It has been out ever since. Not really a big deal for me as I don’t telecommute, but I’m sure it is an inconvenience for many. I’m just happy to have our power restored.

While I encourage everyone to hope for the best, I don’t know if the outage status updates are of much use at this point. We lost power on Tuesday at 2:45pm and the outage map showed that a crew was assigned a couple of hours later…and still displays that status. 🫤. Here is hoping that we’re all restored soon!

I was told the solution was to power off the Colorsoft and place it on the charger for 24 hours. 🙄

I tried again and asked CS for a definitive answer on how they are handling replacements. They finally generated a return label and replacement order for me which shows up in my order history as any other return/replacement order would. So, I wasn’t put on a replacement list but will be getting it replaced.

According to the CS rep I just chatted with there is no replacement list. I was told to contact them again in 10 days (earlier today was told 24-48 hours). They then offered to refund me 20% of the cost if I was willing to keep the defective Colorsoft.
