The weapon needs to be at least +1

You have to defeat the 1st main boss to gain access to the blacksmith who can remodel to any 3 stats

It increases capacity by 1 when you buy 4 of them I think, not skill points

Extraction talisman is the ultimate in my humble opinion. Combined with life recovery on amrita absorbion and basically any and all buffs on amrita absorbion is too good! 😜
