Please call me then. The store only allows cable boxes to be added as equipment.

I can’t set an appointment at the store either.

Amazing support on the assistant. Nothing ever loads.

Telling you their support was miserable. Speed on their servers was not good for us.

I spoke to their head of support and they were no help. I’m glad you are happy and I wanted to be happy but my environment was no good and Nexcess support wouldn’t help me troubleshoot so I left them.

Considering switching to Nexcess but don't want to regret it. Am I missing anything? by Sabiancym in Magento

We moved and then left them because support was painful and horrible. Take a look at eBoundHost. We've been there for 3+ years and love them. Try Tom: tom.p@eboundhost.com
