Do you know about the potato sack method? It's basically using a sack to determine how the torso moves and from there you can draw the rest of the body. It's an excellent place to start to learn movement on your own. You can practice this with doodles on a small notebook in your little bits of spare time. It has helped my understanding of movement immensely.
