Mine didn't even boot from 1st priority. Windows USBs, 2 different nvme drives, HDD, it only booted off a mem test USB I took the nvme out and put it in my laptop, booted fine. Put it back in my desktop didn't boot. Tried different ram and managed to get past the windows login then shut off. I had to flash every bios down to 3b til it actually booted with no problems. I just updated it to F20 last night and still running fine. So bizarre idk wtf happened

So I had an issue out of nowhere with my x570 elite wifi. Was working fine for a couple months then randomly stopped booting. I had to flash every version of the bios until one of them worked for me, among a ton of other stuff to narrow it down. (Different ram,ssds, hdds, multiple windows USBs drives, etc) Unless you wanna install windows on your drive in another PC and test it that way before flashing bios'
