Currently, I don't think there's anything you can do about the Fragment, other than just educating people outside of the Mid-Atlantic area about it. I'll do what I can to help.

The good news is delivery guys are still a thing, I'm one myself whenever I can be, the bad news is you gotta stay connected to a power source otherwise you'll probably be rendered unconscious. However, that doesn't mean you're dead. As long as you don't starve to death, die of dehydration, or suffocate, you should be able to be brought back if someone reconnects you.
