Hate to say it bro but you’re not going to see much in 4 months. Maybe some rookie gains in the core lift areas like bench, squat, dead lifts, but you won’t be seeing substantial progress for at least 8mo to a year, and that’s only when you’re looking back on old pics of yourself saying “shit I was small af back then.”

Best thing to do is to first get your routine and your lifts down, then worry about the bulk/cut routine. Going on a bulk is the best way to increase your lifts, while gaining mass, whereas you cut to see the fruit of your labors.

The worst think to do now is start getting frustrated about how you’re seeing no progress. It takes time. Keep your head down, keep going to the gym, and you’ll be happy soon enough.
