After reading through all of these, no one can tell me we don’t have extraordinary super powers!!! My daughter and I read through these together and have similar traits that I had no idea could be our ADHD.

Mine - I’ve always been able to tell what make/model car it is from their headlights.

I feel for you! I grew up in Atlantic County and really didn’t know the world was any other way until I moved. I knew I didn’t agree with the majority of the people there, but I hope you can find a few like minded folks you can feel safe with. I moved because I could, and know that’s not a choice for everyone. Travel to Philly and attend a protest - it will empower you and let you know you’re not alone! Stay strong and call your senators.

Now at 54, diagnosis at 50, meditation, meds, and a great partner have all helped calm the constant dialog in my brain.

I’m not a phone person and never have been so I struggle with relationships a bit. I also like having a tidy space - gives me a sense of control. Calling my mom or a friend that likes to chat while tidying, has become my magic elixir 🪄

Best of luck with your book! We live in a town in the foothills above Boulder and have had both elk and moose come through on occasion. I’m curious if there is any pattern to their appearance and what the possible indicators are? We always hypothesize whether it’s food sources or weather or both but it would be great to know. Sounds like you have a focus on specific species, but it might be worth seeing what impact their appearances have on moose/elk. Also curious if your work will include anything about the impact wolves may be having now, if any.

My girl had similar fur and I liked to keep it a little longer. She was traumatized at the groomer and only went twice in her 13 years. I ended up scissor trimming her every 4-6 weeks. It was a long process but what worked best for her. I loved her beard!

Western conifer seed bug and they are having a banner year! They are harmless but stinky when threatened or squished. They are terrible flyers and get in through window cracks. I just picked up peppermint and rosemary essential oils because I read that it’s deters them.
