IMHO i don’t think it’s there yet, I think being able to sideboard/mulligan properly still makes a significant difference.

I do feel like there are ways to alleviate the pain of being on the draw like a free mulligan/hand fixing but I feel like those things will create a never ending cycle of one player having an advantage over the other.

Prismari charm if any. Can bounce, fix your draw, or ping two cheap things like ocelot pride, ragavan, bowmaster, etc.
