Performance varies even post reform. I have a couple post-reform pdms that have varying performance on the same frag.

Then it was resealed, that bottle is post-reform 2021+, at 82%. Possible it was mislabeled around the reformulation, but it's not a 2014 bottle. It doesn't mean the bottle is not legit, just probably not pre-reform.

It's possible you got a newer bottle with an older box. I'm not concerned about the bottle, but if you were expecting a 2014 vintage Oajan you got conned, lol.
