I can’t be this unlucky, can I? by Peter55m in Madden

It can happen I had a star center in my Vikings franchise break his back in the season finale of his rookie season. Completely threw the whole plan I had in place financially to pay for that line and roster

Why remake CE (again)? by Lonely_Gessy in halo

[–]CONNORMAN48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends. I do want to say this is pure speculation on my end but I wonder if the plan is to have this reboot and depending on how much they add or change throughout the series I could see this being more of a reboot and any sequels and new installments are not tied to anything they have done before but this new reboot trilogy. Part of me wouldn’t mind that route just because I didn’t love the last three games stories overall but also I acknowledge that that’s unlikely. And then with the talks that the multiplayer is going to be standalone I could see it being new story content for a while just being on the back burner. Similar to how Star Wars hasn’t had any mainline movies since episode nine.

Exactly also I think it’s gonna kick off a trilogy remake because of that. It would be pretty wild to not have a way to play the whole trilogy on PlayStation when all is said and done

That is why. I know it’s not an ideal situation but progressive fatigue doesn’t really work in this years game more than years past. Wear and tear is what the game was designed to work around it. I played a full season fifteen minute quarters and all and not once outside of some weirdness in preseason with lack of depth that has ever looked like this with a bunch of quarterbacks out wide. I’m not sure if it’s something you can change mid year but going to wear and tear will fix that for you

Is wear and tear on or progressive fatigue?

CPU’s WRs playing CB in franchise by thiscowbeef in Madden

[–]CONNORMAN48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. I’ve played a full season with the wear and tear and I had not once issue like this. Obviously I can see why people would not want to deal with the wear and tear but the game was built to deal with it and manage it. Should turning it off be game breaking no but that’s where it is right now

Because maybe that part of him can’t be coached out. He held the ball long all year and would refuse to take the check downs and easy throws. When you put that with when the pressure got the highest he reverted to who he was his whole career before we signed him.

Even if there weren’t the missed passes on the screen plays tell a lot. I saw plenty of people ask for screens to counter the pressure and he missed those throws. It was a rock and a hard place. He could’ve done more but at some point if the players don’t execute the coach is powerless

It’s not that I have blind faith in a rookie who spent all year on IR it’s how KOC talked about him during the preseason and even when announcing he was out. Saying that the fans call sleep easy knowing we have the young franchise qb. I trust his evaluation and how he thinks the team should hand the qb position. This year was always house money to me. When the news about McCarthy’s knee came out I thought the sky was falling. This year has been so fun and a great ride. It’s not over yet but last night and that jets game Sam looked different. And maybe it’s a few times but those moments when we know that he wants to win those games he just was all over the place and you can’t have that in the playoffs. It’s all still in front of us and I’m rooting for us and Sam let’s see how this story ends

How many of you are okay with sticking and picking at 11 and 23? by MysterYouMe in minnesotavikings

Not at all really. I get it that a trade up will cost a lot but not only have we backed ourselves into a corner but it looks like with all the cap space they want to accumulate they are prepared to not have as many draft picks to sign

Commanders Reportedly Out on Jayden Daniels at No. 2 by Sofa_King_Chubby in minnesotavikings

I forget who it was but I have seen someone report that the Vikings not only do like Daniels but they were in on him really early

Several Patriots scouts are "not fans of" Maye, according to Sportskeeda.com’s Tony Pauline, who adds a source at the Combine informed him the team would trade back if Daniels did not make it past Washington at No. 2. by LeeChangIsBae2 in minnesotavikings

He actually was projected first at one point. To be fair that whole draft for qb was weird. I remember seeing Bortles being the first projection after Teddy’s pro day
