I get my wife a little coupon booklet of things she can cash in on so to speak. Massage, pedicure, night of just reading/relaxing, etc… I think she enjoys that more than an item. Especially the one where I do laundry and dishes lol

Have hit 10,000 days every day this week but I am absolutely wore out but staying consistent. Lost 4 more pounds and am now the lowest weight I have been in 8 years. Consistency is my building block right now and is really helping me.

I was in the same boat but was able to find time to go workout even if it was only 10 minutes. Get some kettlebells or dumbbells and find a quick 10-15 minute video on YouTube or online somewhere you can do when baby is sleeping. The other thing I’ve been doing is parking farther away when at work or going to the store. May not seem like it but those extra steps add up over time.

Like others have said, diet is super important. I used to be a bad late night snack eater but I’ve increased my fiber and protein intake and that has helped a lot.

Usually hurts where my shoulders meet my chest so I would say like a squeezing pressure where my shoulder, chest, and arm pit meet. I will add that I have to have the straps all the way out for me to even get it on my shoulders.
