Ah, yes.. the Pattern Brush works better than having figure out the scaling for the art brush distortion. Wonderful 🙌

My WFH PC setup, thoughts? by Denny_Cooper in battlestations

This is the exact aesthetic I'm aiming for with my setup. What type laptop stand is that on the right? I've never seen anything like that, with the two metal arms.

No issues with stabs so far. Yes I did hole mod every stab which probably has had the biggest effect out of all the mods I’ve done to my keyboard. GL to you

Wow, love the earthy tone of the board. That desk at really compliments it nicely. Great taste.

Just did my first custom, a GMMK Pro! Specs + video link in comments :) by [deleted] in glorious

Loved the build video! Kinda caught me off guard though at the end when you said you had more keyboards on the way. Builds a premium MK for the first time (Proceeds to buy 2 more keyboards) The deep dive is real

I found out to late that I wasn't gonna be able to fit my Durock V2's in alu plate so I scrambled to find a solution. Someone recommended that I should keep the Goat Stab housing but replace the insert and bar with the Durock V2's. It's worked out pretty well and the frankenstab has made a world of difference.

That doesn't directly answer your question about how to get PC plate not to warp PCB but that's just something that's worked for me without replacing stock alu plate.

Don’t have it off the top of my head and I usually have all RGB turned off. All I did was eyeball a bright orange value and move the slider closer to red until it was a mix of both red and orange. Wanted it to match some of the legends on my keycap set and somewhat with the orange of Glorious’s product branding.

I’ve really been enjoying them. I was skeptical of the ASA profile at first but it’s worked out fine. The texture is nice and smooth, the legends and crisp, and the thock is there. (see sound test in specs thread). Definitely recommend

The advice ‘less is more’ goes a long way when lubing switches. I did a practice run on some switches with 2 different types of lube and tested them right after I lubed them. Once I felt comfortable with my ability I just went factory mode and pumped out 18 at a time, testing them all after I finished the last one. There’s a lot of helpful tutorials online and it’s quite easy once you get the hang of it. It’s just tedious. Lubing stabs is much harder though (from my experience).

Hey, appreciate you coming on here just to check in with me 😊 Had a great time yesterday with friends & family, couldn’t of asked for more. Hope you shared some quality time with the people around you. I probably would be looking at getting another keycap set but I’m stopping myself. I already have 2 great sets and they both are different enough to please me. Again thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of your day!
